U13 / PRIVACY & CONTACT

A clear starting point for trust.

How U13 uses parent account information, learner profiles and contact messages.

Parent accounts and learner data

Google sign-in provides the parent’s Google account identifier, name and email. Children use nicknames under that account and do not need email addresses. Only the signed-in parent account can add or remove profiles.

Completed native maths rounds record the selected child, activity version, correct and wrong counts, net score, duration, dot-hint setting and date. Science also keeps its own recent-session history in this browser. Algebra and science history are not yet synced to the parent dashboard.

At signup, the optional email-update box starts checked. You can untick it before creating your account or change the preference later. The terms and privacy agreement is separate, required and starts unchecked. We record the policy version, agreement time and email choice at signup. No promotional email or social-media audience upload is sent by this release. The live website stores account information and maths progress in a private database on Namecheap hosting. Session cookies keep you signed in; Google handles authentication.

Removing a child profile also removes its saved maths results. Full parent-account deletion and export controls are not available yet. Use our contact form for account deletion or data requests. We may need to confirm account ownership.

The site uses Google Fonts, which receives standard browser connection information when fonts are requested.

Adult contact arrangements

Use our contact form to reach U13. We store your name, email and message privately for handling your enquiry. Please leave out sensitive details about children.

There is no automatic email notification or promised response time. Messages remain stored until reviewed and removed. You can request removal through the same form.

Family stories and future contributions

The current content is based on Atif’s account of his family’s experience. No family photographs, private contact details or unprovided project demonstrations are included.

Permission and a clear purpose should be established before publishing additional family contributions, photographs or identifiable participant stories.

Programme participation

Website accounts and learning activities are available. Wider programme arrangements and donation collection have not been activated.

Any future programme or payment collection will require its own clear operating arrangements and relevant information for participants.

This account comes from Atif’s experience at home. Suggested activities and plans for wider participation are described separately.
