For parents and families
U13 is intended to reach parents, especially fathers reflecting on their family’s future, who want education to connect with practical ability. Atif particularly wants families with limited financial means to benefit. His message is to support each person’s development so growing independence can contribute to the whole family’s progress.
You can explore the family story, the approach and the project accounts now. A wider programme is being developed; enrolment, locations, age bands, capacity and schedules are not yet confirmed.
The learning games are available now. Wider classes are still being developed. You can contact us to ask a question or share your interest.
For people who can share their time
Atif’s vision includes volunteers contributing knowledge, practical experience, materials or time. The aim is to make meaningful support available to families who cannot provide all the guidance at home.
Teaching support, project guidance and helping parents are possible areas to explore. These are suggested contributions rather than advertised roles. Responsibilities, availability, coordination and adult oversight need to be agreed before any role opens.
Children take part in learning; adults hold operational responsibility.
For supporters of the cause
People who can afford to contribute can help families with limited means benefit. Contributions may include money, time, knowledge or resources.
When Atif previously used the word “investors,” he meant supporters investing in the cause. U13 is not promising financial returns.
Fundraising targets, donation methods, beneficiary eligibility and the use-of-funds process remain to be defined. This website does not collect donations or payments.
Support and transparency
Before donations are collected, families and supporters should be able to understand what is being offered, what it costs, how access is decided and who is responsible. The following are proposed reporting principles from the implementation plan.
Show the purpose
Explain a specific need and its costs before requesting a contribution.
Keep funds clear
Distinguish donations from any future service revenue and record spending by purpose.
Explain supported places
Define eligibility and what support covers before inviting applications.
Share honest updates
Report usefulness, difficulties and costs without identifying recipient children.
No funding totals, places supported or programme outcomes have been supplied for publication.
Questions before taking part
Are classes available now?
Classes are a discussed option. Their delivery format, staffing, curriculum, timetable and prices have not yet been defined.
Will there be paid workshops?
A paid parent workshop and later activity packs have been proposed as possible sustainability tests. They are not approved or available services. Donations and service payments would need to be kept separate.
Does U13 guarantee earning before thirteen?
No. This is Atif’s aim for learning and development, not a guaranteed outcome. His family’s experience does not establish results for every child.
Do parents need technical expertise?
U13 must also serve parents who cannot offer Atif’s level of guidance. Facilitator support is a discussed option, with operations still being developed.
Where will U13 operate?
Atif aims to start in Pakistan and eventually expand abroad. The first city, online or in-person format and delivery languages remain undecided.
How can I contact U13?
Use our contact form. Please write as an adult and leave out sensitive details about children.
This account comes from Atif’s experience at home. Suggested activities and plans for wider participation are described separately.
